In the treatment process the grey water is first cleaned by micro organisms and then separated from other impurities through a membrane filtration.
The iWater grey water treatment system purifies the grey water in 2 stages:
During the first stage a biological treatment including an oxygen enriching mechanism is applied. In the microbiological process certain purifying bacteria decompose the biologically degradable contents.
The second treatment stage sanitizes the microbiologically cleaned water using a membrane filtration and produces operational water, whereby dirt particles, viruses and bacteria are safely retained.
The relevant particles with a pore size of more than 0.00005 mm are safely and sustainably retained by the membrane.
The purified water is stored safely in the third container to be used in toilets, washing machines, for cleaning purposes or gardening.
