Before you report a product defect please check if the defect has occurred within the warranty period of 2 years on standardized products (except for wear and tear) in order to secure your warranty claims. If this warranty period has passed we need to negate all warranty claims and charge for possibly resulting customer services.
Additionally, you should make sure that the operation conditions of the product as proscribed in the user manual have been observed and that the installation has been conducted according to the installation manual.
